Tour & Travel Biro (2025)
The "Modern Organic" workspace, completed in 2025, harmonizes professional efficiency with residential warmth through a cohesive palette of light-toned timber slats, monolithic wooden forms, and soft neutral textiles. The finalized layout successfully integrates diverse functional zones—from high-traffic reception areas with global branding to intimate, built-in lounge seating—all connected by floor-to-ceiling glass partitions that maintain a transparent, airy atmosphere. Utilizing layered architectural lighting and clean geometric lines, the project delivers a grounded corporate sanctuary that balances prestige with employee well-being.
Modern House Jakarta Timur (2025)
Completed at the end of 2025, the design features a Modern Tropical design that emphasizes texture and privacy. The house uses a mix of warm terracotta-colored tiles, concrete finishes, and vertical wood screening to create a layered, contemporary look. Designed with an open-concept layout, it features a private courtyard with a swimming pool, allowing seamless indoor-outdoor living while maintaining a compact, stylish urban footprint.
Modern Dormitory Design (2023)
Completed in 2023, this dormitory project offers a simple yet trendy approach to modern living. Clean forms and warm materials create a contemporary identity, while compact, well-planned interiors maximize comfort and functionality. Designed with natural light, ventilation, and efficient space use in mind, it delivers a living environment that is practical, comfortable, and socially connected.
Puri Citra Garden Interior (2023)
It is a modern, minimalist home designed by GLM Homes that focuses on a clean, "white-and-wood" aesthetic. Completed in 2023, the design features open living spaces, functional modular kitchens, and stylish wood-slat ceilings that add warmth to the bright interiors. With its high-pitched roof and large glass windows, the house blends practical utility with a sleek, contemporary look both inside and out.
